Diani Beach
Kenya’s most awarded beach — white sand, kitesurf, reef.
Forty kilometres south of Mombasa, Diani is the coast at its most polished: powder sand, a protected reef, and a strip of restaurants, spas and dive schools that stays busy year-round.

Nyali
Mombasa’s leafy suburb — minutes from the old town.
Nyali balances city convenience with beach life. Golf, malls, international schools and the Mombasa Marine Park are all within ten minutes of most of our homes.

Watamu
Marine park, turtles and the bluest water on the coast.
A UNESCO biosphere reserve with three bays, resident turtles and some of the best deep-sea fishing in the Indian Ocean. Quieter than Diani, and deliberately so.

Kilifi
Creek living, sailing and a growing property market.
Kilifi Creek is where the coast’s sailing community and its new-build market meet. Calm water, big skies and land that still makes sense on a spreadsheet.

Malindi
Italian-Kenyan coast town with real character.
Malindi has a long Italian influence, an excellent marine park and a relaxed old-town feel. Good value, great food, and an airstrip for quick hops.

Lamu
A UNESCO World Heritage island — donkeys, dhows, no cars.
Shela and Lamu Town are a different Kenya altogether: carved doors, coral-rag houses, dhow races and rooftop dinners. Reached by air, then by boat.

Lively creek town, twenty minutes from Nyali.
Mtwapa Creek is the coast’s nightlife and boating hub, with well-priced apartments and easy access to both Mombasa and the north coast beaches.

Shimoni & Wasini
Dolphins, coral gardens and Kisite Marine Park.
The far south coast, close to the Tanzanian border. Day sails to Wasini Island, dolphin pods, and some of the healthiest coral in Kenyan waters.
